Biography

Aliette Opheim (born 21 July 1985 in Täby) is a Swedish actress. Graduating from the Academy of Music and Drama at the University of Gothenburg in 2015, she began her screen career in 2005 with a role in the film Sandor slash Ida. She gained television recognition through her parts in the series Thicker Than Water (Tjockare än vatten, 2014) and Patriot (2015-2018). Her performance as an intelligence operative in the drama series Caliphate (Kalifat, 2020) received significant critical acclaim. In 2022, she won the Kristallen Award for Best Actress for her portrayal of a cult leader in the drama series Knutby. She also appeared in the productions Beartown (Björnstad, 2020), Katla (2021), and the action film Black Crab (Svart krabba, 2022).
